Hi, My Name is Kayla and I am the CEO of KayWayLashes. My mission here at KayWayLashes is to provide my clients with great service and a comforting environment so that they may feel pampered and beautiful at the end of their service. POLICIES: I do NOT work over anyone else’s work. The lashes will be removed free of charge and you will be charged for a full set. Deposits: There is a mandatory $20-$25 deposit fee that must be paid in order to book. The deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE! The deposit is put toward your service and the remaining balance must be paid in CASH at the time of service. Please bring exact change as I may not always have change on me. GUEST: No extra guest please REFUNDS: There is a NO REFUND policy NO EXCEPTIONS. If you are not satisfied with your lashes you have 48 hours to say so and they will be fixed at no extra charge. LOCATION: I am located in Indian Head on a military installation so all clients must have a valid ID/ Drivers License in order to be escorted on base. TARDINESS: If you are going to be late please be sure to notify me. If you will be more than 10-15 mins late your appointment it will be canceled and you will be charged a late fee. The Late fee will need to be paid in order to book any future appointments. NO CALL/ NO SHOW: If you no call/ no show you will be subject to being banned from booking with me. LASH FILL: Lash fills are recommended every 2-3 weeks. Client must have 50% of lashes on in order to be charged fill price. If you have lost more than 50% of your lashes the price may be subject to change. CLEANLINESS: Although I provide my clients with a complimentary lash bath at every service it is very important that you come to your appointment with clean lashes. Please do not come to your appointment with strips on, mascara, eye make up or build up. *You may be charged an extra fee if lashes are not clean. *

Cancellation Policy

We get it that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. KayWayLashes has a 20% cancellation fee. If you are unable to make the appointment, please kindly notify us as soon as possible to reschedule.
